Default Just a reminder.........

When you see this....

It is a friendly reminder. No yelling "wrong forum newborz" or "put it in the right spot, will ya?"

It's just a marker to let you know it was moved. It also serves to reminder others to use the proper forum. It's just a polite use of a moved thread marker and a helpful reminder. No need to even respond with an apology, it's all good on the first time. Pushing the barrier on the second one..... By the third time I'm gonna put your thread anywhere I want since you feel you can do the same. (what the %^ international?!?!?! this forum hasn't been posted in for 8 months!)

This has been a public service announcement for the new guys.

A definition of this sub-forum......

It used to be called "engine". Then it has a sub description "transmissions, turbo's, driveline, etc".

That wasn't extremely descriptive so now it is called "performance". This means anything relating to performance of the driveline components.

If your A/C is on the fritz, it is an engine component so it goes here.

If you're getting codes, your engine sensors have an issue and it goes here.

If your rear diff is making a noise is it a driveline performance issue and it goes here.

Any performance issues with the engine, tranny, rear end, etc..... and anything bolted to them are driveline issues.

Getting the jist?

Anything connected to the driveline or mounted on the driveline is a performance issue. A/C not cooling is an issue with the performance of the A/C, but aside of that the real issue is that it is on the ENGINE.

Short and simply - anything under the car EXCEPT the suspension and brake components go IN THIS FORUM. We obviously have another sub forum for those two items.

Thanks
