Cant seem to mend heating problem
Until yesterday my 92 SC300 with a 1JZ swap didnt have a fan shroud, i heard from all around here that it is the main source of spiraling, cooling air throughout the engine...I didnt notice any difference.
My engine bay looks like this (sans shroud)
I have a huge front mount but no cold air intake, i was holding off on the intake to decide whether or not to go single, but my gauges are CONSTANTLY reading 210 after warming up, after some rough driving, up to 215 = not good. Summer is right around the corner, what is my next step? Radiator flush? Go ahead and get the intake because of the high rev JZ engine? Any input is good input, thanks.
