Nur Spec is a waste, it's just 2 mufflers that bolt to the stock system for $800.

Honestly, my vote goes to JIC. Their 3" dual system easily adapts to custom downpipes.

i have this exhaust and it looks great and does it make it easy to fab a custom downpipe.

Only downfall is the JIC exhaust is a bit on the more expensive side.

All canister mufflers sound the same I think... Just the good exhausts have 1-2 resonators that make it or break it sound wise.

My buddy put two ebay oval mufflers in replacement of the stock mufflers on his stock SC300, stock cats and resonators. I'll be damn if thats the best sounding NA 2JZ I've ever heard. Most SC300 exhaust systems are actually for Toyota Soarers, and designed around the turbos. On NA cars they just don't sound right.

Since you're planning to go na-t, just get an aftermarket mk4 supra exhaust and have it extended at the midpipe.

I hate chinese parts.... but

XS-Power sells the 3" single downpipe and midpipe for under $300 with the correct O2 flanges. No extension needed, just new brackets welded on the MKIV system.
