Well I made this first one out of 1/8 aluminum but may be a bit thick. I think 1/16th will be ideal since its cut on the waterjet. This did contain some scratches from the machine shop handling the material. I have to lightly send them away. I can have more made but I don't want to get banned for selling stuff on this site.
