Default Manual tilt override??

Hello,

Well I started the swap. Took the engine out. Extending wires etc.. etc..

Now I am trying to get the cluster out to mod it for a tach fix, and figure while i'm at it I would send it to lextech to revive my dead needles (all but fuel guage is dead)....

Problem is, the steeing wheel is in the damn way( I did not disable the auto tilt up function when you turn the ignition key off)... and I can't get the cluster out... My tilt is automatic so I don't know how to tilt it without power to the tilt motor...

Does this mean I have to take off the steering wheel?

Is there any way to just manually tilt it?
