Default harmonic balacer

my harmonic balacer went up in my 94 sc300 , went through hell trying to get the bolt off and ended up having to order a new piece through ebay, but the piece was called an down shift crankshaft and from what i understrand is that u bolt it to the balancer. this is an after market performace crankshaft. I just want to know if this piece is the one i need.

bad things happen...haha seriously though one thing and not limited to is your front crank bearing calls it quits if driven with the balancer out.
