I plan on running 2.5 inch exhaust from the mani back, no resonators, no cats, (nebraska doesnt have an emissions check ) and i was wondering what kind of muffler i can use to get a really deep throaty tone that you can feel in the seat of your pants.

I also plan on building my own custom cold air system when i get my new bumper so the old one will be off. What kind of piping should i use? and should i get a new MAF since my car is a 1995? I want to make as much power as i can without going turbo yet. I plan on doing turbo when i go to college

If you go 2.5 from the manifold w/ no resonators your sc is gonna drone like a semitruck. Go 2.5, put in a resonator in the midpipe (won't sacrifice power, tone will sound better) Then you can pick ur magnaflows of choice. Here is a 2.5in/2.5out muffler #14316

I agree. Put a resonator in the midpipe. I have one, and still have a bit of drone, but its not too bad. Like above, Magnaflows will get you a pretty good tone.

I love my Magnaflows. I still have the stock resonators and stock exhaust and it sounds fantastic.

I imagine 2.5" w/Magnaflows would sound great.
