Default What ECU to use in a 2jzgte manual swap?

So what ECU am I going to need when I put the 2jzgte in my SC400 and do the manual conversion at the same time?

Will the 2jzgte auto ECU will work fine or do I need to get a 2jzgte manual 6 ECU?

I have a spare w58 that Im going to use for now, then eventually I would get the R154.

Thanks guys

If it's a 2jzgte, you need a 2jzgte ECU, you can use the auto ECU on a manual car, but not the manual ECU on an auto car. If you use the auto ECU, you will need to work around the nuetral safety switch somehow, i'm not sure exactly how its done in this specific situation. search here and on supraforums and you should find an answer.
