ECU HARNESS PLUG.. issue fixed.
well. just for any one in the future... check your ECU harness plugs. the wires can pop out and cause all kinds of issues.. and they look like there in. but the metal clips can un clip from the plastic but still be under the rubber piece. so yeah. check all your connectors if you have any weird random problems.. ha.
