look up ScottURnot's BFI...I finished up mine about a week ago using his thread as a guide and I'm impressed...noticeable power gain in the car, and a nice growl when you really step on the gas.
Make sure you seal the passenger side of the front scoop though...Scott's doesn't show this, but it helps with pressure

Not sure how much hp the properly modified BFI gives, but it seems that dyno's on Planet Soarer show a bit more than 2.5 rwhp. They seal off everything to make sure there is a "ram air" affect and even measure the pressure changes on the intake due to the rammed air. Someone there said their dyno showed a 11-12 kw gain to rear wheel which is 15 to 16 hp. Even that kind of gain may not be noticed much unless you were at a drag strip or track racing. It does sound cool though and if the air is rammed properly may even help a tad with gas mileage (or hurt depending on how you like the sound).
