Question Coolant Leak

I have a 92 SC300 that is leaking (bubbling) coolant in the locations circled in red in the pictures below. I replaced my waterpump less than a year ago. Are these signs of a leaking head gasket or another gasket?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

the gasket in the second pic is an easy fix. you really dont even need a gasket for that. rtv will work fine on its won. just make sure to clean off the surfaces completely.

the first pic im not sure about. i did my last water pump/timing belt on a 2jz over a year ago and can picture it right now. ill try to pull up the FSM and check. i think it might be a gasket that is between the water pump housing and the block. if that is the case then you will have to take everything apart, take off the pump, and reseal it. dont quote me on that yet.
