Default SC400 transmission?

A couple of days ago i yanked out the motor and trans of my sc400 and i cant figure out to get the transmission off the motor. All the bolts are undone but it seems like some thing is still binding them 2gether you can wiggle it and there is like a inch or 2 between the engine and the trans. Can someone pin point what i missed. Thanks for the input.

Default

you may need to carefully pry the dowel/guide pins out.

On my 240sx there were 2 fat pins that were guide holes that were still stuck together.
