I've got some issues with my 92 Sc300 5spd.

When I check the codes with the jumper wire, the CEL flashes constantly and never stops. Whats up with that?

Also, another weird thing I've noticed when I first start it up sometimes, is that it'll act like it want's to die, the RPMS will raise, then bog, back and forth. If I try to give it gas, its unresponsive when its doing this as the RPMS drop, but if I time it just right I can give it gas just fine. It also does this sometimes when I'm driving..it'll act like its dead, then I'll pop the throttle and it'll jump back to life...

Is this a failing fuel pump?

Failing fuel pump ecu, and bypass mod.

I would use the bypass to check and see if thats the problem. If it is, pick up a new ecu from gazi or something. The ECU supposedly has built in safety features...

Finally found the right thread. I never would've thought to search for '12V fuel mod'

Fuel Pump Ecu Bypass is what I was searching for..
