Default where does vaccuum start?

I'm trying to figure out where on the intake/throttle body vaccuum begins?

like the hose that is immediately after the MAF sensor...that's NOT vaccuum right? It just looks like a bypass to the idle control valve but I don't know for sure.

but the hoses after the throttle plate are all vaccuum I'm assuming.

I need to know this due to rerouting of a hose that I have to do.
