Default CEL on every other day..

so like the title says, it comes on then i'll usually reset it..and now it's really getting on my nerves, it's calling for 2 quick blinks..is that the MAF sensor that needs to be replaced??

Code 12 and Code 13 Rpm signal circuit fault
Code 14 Igniter signal circuit fault
Code 16 ECT control signal fault
Code 21 and Code 28 Main oxygen sensor fault (for ES300; SC300 & GS300 models)
Code 22 Coolant temperature circuit fault
Code 24 Intake temperature sensor circuit fault
Code 25 and Code 26 Air fuel ratio fault (for ES300 & SC300 models)
Code 27 Sub-oxygen sensor circuit fault (for ES300 CA & GS300 models)
Code 31 Low airflow meter voltage (for ES300 and GS300 models)
Code 32 High airflow meter voltage (for ES300 model)
Code 35 Barometric pressure sensor circuit fault (for GS300 & SC300 models)
Code 41 and Code 47 Throttle position sensor circuit fault
Code 42 Vehicle speed sensor circuit fault
Code 43 Starter signal
Code 51 Switch condition signal fault (for ES300; GS300 & SC300 models)
Code 52 Code 52 and Code 55 Knock sensor circuit fault

so which ones mines..? i don't see # 2 cel on that list...all i really know and remember is that i saw a full list awhile back and i think the 2 fast blink was for the MAF...correct me if i'm wrong.

Your car is a 94, here's a list of OBD1 Toyota ECU codes, should be the same on the Lexus if anything.

so basically i need a new MAF correct? i tried cleaning it w/ carb cleaners once but it didn't seem to help..btw the sc400 MAF fits perfectly right from what i read...

I have a 95 sc300 and have code 21 going off on my car? Would that be one of the o2 sensors??? I'm not to sure, I haven't really had any help on this, I just know that it's an oxygen sensor. Any help on this would be a life saver to me! Need to get that cel off.
