Default Wet and oily air filter

I opened the hood last night to check how things were and checked the air filter. It had red marks (power steering fluid) on it. I think the vacuum hose that runs from the pump to the intake is sucking the fluid.

Would the fluid have entered the manifold and messed up the valve seals (since ATF fluid degrades rubber)? Car smokes a little (not very dense smoke) at startup but is fine after 2 minutes of driving. And the idle at startup is unstable. What do you think I should do??
