sometimes you need to swap the positive and the ground wires on the harness that plugs into ballast. for mine I had to. Lexus reversed the wires from factory, I guess it doesnt matter in a halogen bulb setup.

Thanks a hole lot guys swapping the positive to negative worked but I only hope I knew that before I burn one of the bulb

Your vehicle uses a 9006 bulb for the low beams meaning that you would need to order a 9006 HID conversion kit for your vehicle. Here are some pictures of our 9006 5000k kit installed on the SC:
