Default OBDII MAF resistor placement

I read through all the posts and found nothing relative to my car.
It's a 1996 OBD 2 setup. Has a 5 term connector.

I found one post telling me to use a pink and blue wire and black and brown. Problem is my MAF sensor has none of these color wires going to it. Found that here.

I also found this for mkIII supras but I'd assume it is not the same as mine.

Can anyone confirm what 2 pins are for air temp?

My connector looks like this.

Just FYI I used a volt meter and checked the pins. With IGN on.

BRN - ground
GRN/wht - nothing
tan/blk - 5V
blu/Y - 2.2 varying a little
blk/red -B+

So after that I decided it had to be The brn wire and the grn/wht. But as soon as I fired the car up I got a code 24. So that can't be right I guess? WIll just un plugging the bat reset the CEL on OBDII cars?

Thanks...

It resets them on "soft" codes but not "hard" codes. Not for sure whether the code you threw is a soft code or not...

Could U maybe be a little more specific? "A guy" doesn't help out to much! But I do appreciate the tip!

Just to answer my own question the brown and the tan/black wire with a 2200 ohm resistor made the chk eng light go out. So I'm assuming this is correct. At least for now....
