Default Car has been sitting for two days and now....

Problems.

The car has been sitting for the past two days, and the temperature has been around 30-40 degrees.

Went to go crank it up today and it started right up, but there is a VERY strong smell of fuel, and smoke was coming out of the tailpipes.

After about 5-10 minutes the smoke/smell went away, but what gives?..

Oil smells a little "Fuely"

No water though.

Also, I know this should go in the performance section, sorry.

Made it out of desperation.

Bump for more insight.

Still worried as hell.

I think I'm going to my buddies shop to do a leakdown test to see whats up.

No need for that. Completely common among all of my Lexus's. They run rich at high idle, when you first start the car. Just relax

Just replaced injector seals on my beater due to fuel leaking overnight while the car was at rest and puddling on the intake.

I found it by sniffing around my engine compartment one morning and I pinpointed the exact injector that was leaking.

seriously though. take into account the circumstances. "30 to 40 degrees". obviously ur car is going to take longer to warm up in the winter time than the summer time because of the temperature that the motor is when it is started. "5-10 mins." sounds about right for a warm up time, and ur car is going to do what it can to warm up in that amount of time. . please, just dont worry about it!
