Default engine code 28 which O2 sensor?

I have a check engine code 28 on my 92 sc300. I have read through multiple threads and found people saying thats its the O2 sensor on the manifold closest to the firewall, and have read through some that say its the O2 sensor after the cat. Can someone please verify which one it is? Preferably someone that has had the same code.

Thanks in advance.

Yup its the main oxygen sensor that should be on the exhaust manifold.

Actually code 21 is for the front main sensor and code 28 is for the rear main oxygen sensor.
