Default noob question

Hey guys im swapping a 1jz-gte into my s300. I was wondering if you can use a 2jz head on the 1jz bottom end? Would it have enough valve clearance or would it be pointless to even do this?

oh man OLT is gonna post the search picture on your question soon.
search for a 1.5jz

the whole point i think is to put a 1jz head on a 2jz i believe as some think the 1jz head flows better. i dont see why you would want to do it the other way around like you are saying but i imagine it is possible. if what people say is indeed correct you would be adding restriction to your setup.
