XS Power wastegates are far from garbage. I've known a few people running them without any complaints at all, even on a GT42R Evo.

Although i dont have the XS setup. Something i will say just from observation to consider .......
None of the others, as far as i can tell, offers such a thorough install guide. Nor give you a list of tips , and even a list of issues and fixes they have had with their product like XS does .......
The customer support offered by XS (IE: Mark) is the best ive seen.
He seems very willing to respond quickly to questions than alot of the others (and without attitude either)

I totally agree. I do not know if they advertise on any other forums, but on NA-T forums he has a huge section with a lot of feedback and input on all the threads. He seems to be really into the work his customers put into they're cars... that alone made it tempting to purchase the kit. If I get rid of this BL kit, I might go that route and have a thorough write up and picture post so we can try to remove the mystery to the kit.

xspower is the same as ssautocrap. Search online about their Turbo compressor housings spiliting in half.

All it is cheap low grade materials, mass produced in Taiwan with minimal quality control.
