Default question about n/a motor.

i was considering just buying a 2jzgte.. but then i was wondering would it be better to swap out the injectors to 550cc (like the stock 2jz) get a custom manifold and do a big turbo swap ¿ so it will be a naturally asperated-turbo motor rather than the 2jzgte.. do you guys think its worth it.. also would i be able to run the 2jzgte ecu on it or is it a negetive..

lets say its a head ache doign an na-t conversion and i do end up goign 2jzgte will the stock tranny of a supra with an upgraded torque converter be able to hold arounf 500 whp?

thanks in advanced
