Default Push Start?

sooo my car wont start and I know the problem is because of the starter contacts I've made a schedule with toyota to have them replace it but now even after multiple attempts of turning the key which usually works it wont start so how bad is it really to push start the car?

Not hard at all. Put your key on run, have the car in first gear and the cluch in, have a friend push you atleast 5mph and let the cluch out when it starts push the clutch back in and your good.

LOL - I can only hope he isn't referring to push starting his car if it is an auto...

But yeah, no big deal to push start the car. Just hope you live at the top of a hill

K so I got my car started but I used jumper cables from my girlfriends car, it still clicked a couple times but then got going. so Im confused now. Is it actually my starter contacts that is the problem or was it because there wasnt enough power? or is it both?

Start by getting your battery tested. Quickest and easiest.
