Default switching to COLD air intake

Ok this is what im working with. Ive found some intakes that are nice and everything but as you can see, theres a few twists and turns around the IC piping. So, my question is, is there a specific measurement that I should look out for when thinking about the shape of the cold air intake? What about specific brands? Custom piping?

Thanks in advance, im just trying to keep those CT-12s as cold as they wanna be.
