2jz-gte Turbo Manifold
I heard that 2jz-Gte Manifolds do not fit on to a 2jz-ge? is that true?

It should why wouldn't the only thing i could think of different bolt pattern i guess idk

Incorrect. The 2JZGTE manifold will not bolt up to the 2JZGE head. If you compare them you will see that they have a different bolt pattern.

Is there any way to drill it out? Also it the turbo flange needs to be turned so you can bypass the distributor cap right?

The GTE manifold can fit if you redrill the holes but why go to all that trouble. Plus there's still the issue of clearing the distributor since the GTE doesn't use one.

How big is the price differance for the GE and GTE manifold?

Cherplex is right. I would just get the GE manifold and avoid the headaches.

They range anywhere from $200 for XSPower etc to $1500( Boost Logic etc) depends on your budget. You can find the lower end stuff on ebay and some of the high end stuff sometimes.

you get what you pay for...and what better to go with that mani than a turbo.....i got one for sale...comes off my car in about 3 1/2 weeks.....precision sc61....pm me if interested
