Default Exhaust question?

Will an exhaust system from a MKIV fit a 95 SC400? If it is possible, how extensive were the modifications? The reason is I really like the Blitz Nur Spec-R, but they don't have a single cat-back system available for my 95 SC400, and it seems the few websites I've looked at had a larger selection available for the MKIV. If the modifications involved are too extensive, then guess I'll just go with the dual rear section only. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

MKIV exhaust will fit an SC300 with slight hangar modification and extending the midpipe, I have no idea if the SC400 is the same underneath or not but if so it'll work.

Thanks for the reply guys. Does anyone know if the modifications are extensive or just a matter of getting an extension for an SC400??
