i have been lookin all over for help on this... i have a supra tt lsd rear diff the case was cracked so i trashed it, i wanted to know if i can put the differentail with my ring a pinion in my sc400 case? has anyone ever done this?

i want to know b4 i tear in to my diff and find out it wont fit.

I swapped a Supra TT Auto Torsen diff center into an SC300 pumpkin, using the 4.27 ring and pinion of the SC300 a/t.

So long as the diff center is NOT from the 6spd Supra TT, you are ok. The non-6spd diffs have ten ring bolts. If your LSD center has ten ring bolts, you are golden. You can use the diff center on any of the SC's ring and pinion gearings.

I used the Supra service manual when I did the swap, and it was completely consistent with the SC300 internal components. If you are in need of the service manual excerpt for the differential, toss me a PM. It is on my hard drive.
