The car I posted is a personal friend of mine, and at the time of that race, weighed in right at 3000 with driver on a 3.0L with some compression changes through a glide on a single fogger for spool tuned on a V1. Similar sized Turbo but BB and E-85.
I'm not bashing the car its a really nice looking car nor the build up of the car I just feel like the #'s are definetly off with the trap speed and the 60ft

Also I know that car and have seen it run from the mid 9's to high 8's in person. For you to say that car is only making 1000whp and running a 8.13 @ 176 MPH at 3000lbs is ridiculous. No way does a 1000whp pull 176 mph without alot less weight. Sorry I've been doing this stuff for years and know a few things myself. Your numbers don't add up!

Mine was a 3.0, ran a 76mm and was 1078hp without the 70 shot, that was through a built glide and 7200 stall with a supra auto lsd gearing, mine was a slug at launch and usually ran 1/8 and got almost a full pass in 1/4 mile one time, trap was 147 still and best in 1/8 was 129. Nice setup you have, now you need to knock a half sec off and jump in the lead!!! (and i need to get off my *** and build another!)

Lol, ok now I'm calling BS on that S14 weighting 3000lbs. If that truly is the case then you need to tell to him start cutting weight, because that has to be the heaviest drag S14 I know of! I've personally worked on and put together a 2JZ S14 and it wasn't 3000lbs. I had to push the damn thing around the shop.

I'm not new to this either with 12+yrs in the game.
There is another race this weekend at PBIR (NDIMA) rescheduled from a rain out and you will see it again.

List there is a bit outdated -http://forums.thefoat.com/ImportFaceOff/sg-forums.thread/th-1542/2013+Event+results+-+June+23%2C+2013+and+later.../ - look at Heartland Park Topeka 9/23 Fusionworks sc300. Not sure why the Wichita results are not posted on that site but I saw both of the sc300's Marty's and Ray's run neck and neck that day, Hulk green one won and Marty's pass was not bad, previous car's leaked fluids/parts that were not properly maintained/addressed and let up.
