I see a bunch of stuff thats really not needed, but for what you are doing, the price sounds fair at a shop...

gaskets, valve seals, timing belt, bunch of maintanance stuff to have the motor in tip top shape, powder coating everything alsmot everything, SS custom Dual exhaust, very nice fmic with pipping, pedal set
is the part that is pricey...

I don't know what your mechanical background is, but I would do all the work myself and not pay anything for labor, and just pay for the parts, and tools to do what was needed myself...

Im sure i could do it, lacking hands to do it quicker, alright i dont know if i should start a new thread but now that this is going already, is it hard to swap a manual motor set into an auto sc300 ? any modfications to where tranny goes? pedal set hard to install? where can i buy a manual sc300 pedal set? and in regards to the wiring, besides extending it, anything elses i should be worried? Thanks in advance trying to save that labor cash for some VIP stuff, trying to make my sc300 have the go but look VIP... ill be posting pics of the process should be a fun ride...
