Default turbo>800

is it posible, can i get a decent turbo for around 800 or am i going to have to dish out 1500 to get something decent?

Depends on the size/features you want and whether you want new or used. I see 67mm non-DBB turbos (and occasionally DBB) going for $900 or less on supraforums.com with low mileage and sometimes new.

I picked up a used 67mm non-DBB from Josh @ FSM for a very reasonable price.

Xspower has decent sized turbos for way less that 800. I believe theyre selling a GT45 for 350.
