So, after putting over a thousand miles on my 1JZ swap, I found oil in the coolant. Mind you, there is no coolant in the oil as far as I can tell, only milky brown coolant. The first time I flushed it the coolant was VERY milky, now after only 50 or so miles on the fresh coolant, I'm starting to see oil again. It's not so noticable in the radiator or resivour this time, but when I removed the heater control valve and poured out the coolant in the lines up there, I noticed it.

What could be causing this? I don't think it's the head gasket as the car drives great and there is no coolant in the oil. There is also no smoke. Are our turbos water and oil cooled? Could this cause the problem? Other than that it almost seems like a line could be in the wrong place or something, although I really have no idea where.

samething happened to my 2jz-ge(oil in the coolant but no coolant in the oil) and yeah, its blow-by from the headgasket. I drove on it for like 3-4 months because it did drive decent (w/very bad gas mileage) and then one day the temp went sky high and the car died. So that lead me to buy a 1jz myself and yes they are oil/water cooled.
