Default Safe Temp for running the twins

I have an elec temp gauge and im just wondering what everybodys opinions are on a safe temperature. In the past week my average temp has been around 200 degrees fahrenheit, if im stopped in traffic at around 2pm it can go up to 220 or 225. The engine runs fine and the C-12s inhale clearly, just wondering if anybody had any insight on this.

Also, Im still looking for ANYBODY with a 1jzSC that has a greddy profec b specII, it came with mine and im not exactly sure how to work it. I looked up the instruction manual online and did all that fun stuff, i tuned it to the 'normal/safe boost' but as we all do, i want something a little faster. Any help is pre-appreciated.
