what do u guys think of this engine?
hi guys, i'm from toronto canada, i saw a local guy selling jdm engines, one which caught my attetion is this one, toyota supra vvti twin turbo, i don't know what is the ral price of this, but the guy is asking 4000 just for the engine, installation i have no idea how much, so wat do u guys think??? how good is this engine... n_n

It's probably from a 99 Aristo. It's HP is 5 over the original 2JZ-GTE. $4000 for just the motor seems like a rip off. It should come with the tranny also, but they probably want that for another thousand. Installation is anywhere from $600-$2000 depending on parts that could be missing or needs to be replaced.
