Default car died at work CEL 31: airflow meter signal (vacuum sensor signal)

Just finished the turbo and had to change out the alternator and now this... Car starts and then dies right away. What's the difference between this code and code 32: air low meter sensor? This means I need a new afm correct? Anyone know how to quickly diagnose that it is indeed my afm and not the electrical connection to it? Anyone got a ls400 afm forsale. Help is appreciated.

I have 1 in very good condition , with no known issues. That i bought intending to use for my project. But went in another direction.
If you want it, I would take 75 shipped w/ a tracking # .
