98 2jz-ge swap

hey guys.
i just bought myself a 98 2jz-ge. i was wondering if this would line up with my w58 tranny? i know 98's didnt come in manual, but i hope this aint an issue.

has anyone put a 98 VVTi 2jz-ge motor with a w58 before?
if so, what did you do with the wiring?
