Unhappy oil light on periodically 15-20 sec., Oil full

I recently had several oil gaskets replaced (valve covers, oil sensor, oil pan), as well as a new water pump and timing belt installed on my 1993 SC400. After the repairs, the oil light periodically comes on now for 15-20 seconds, then turns off for 25-30 minutes. Light tends to come on at stops. When I check oil reading, dip stick reads as full. The repair shop has changed the oil sensor three times (2 after market, and last install toyota original part) to fix the problem; still getting same low oil light indicator (yellow light). At end of my rope. I don't want to inadvertently burn up my engine because of something stupid. Ideas?

Yeah- search.
This has been discussed repeatedly (many posts use the word "flicker").
