Default 6-spd conversion for SC400?

Hi,

I've been told that converting an SC400 to 6-spd is a viable option. Can some people here who have experience with this sort of thing please comment. Is there an available tranny to match up to the engine? What other work is involved in the swap?

Thanks,

Benny

I think about it every day-- v160 -- adapter ring-- 6 gears-- no more automatic-- a car that's actually fast-- more chicks will like me -

makes me rather swap a manual front cut of a 1JZ for less...still have the manual (and the power potential). This would be a no brainer if the V8 didn't sound so amazing.

No one said that the car hobby was cheap Still the SC400 with the V160 would change the entire attitude of the car and make is more like the sport coupe as it's billed to be.

If you like this quality, just wait until you guys see our twin turbo manifolds coming out next week for the 1/2/3uz. TOTAL quality, and you get to keep your AC and PS. But for now here's the V160 adapter.
