National Service History

Does anybody know how to access this information? Do you have to go to a dealer for it? Bought a used 93 SC400 with some problems--trying to rule some things out. Thanks.

Was wondering about this also. Does anyone know if we have to go to a Lexus dealership or would a Toyota dealership know the service history of our cars?
