Default Best way to flush fuel system?

Ive been having fuel issues. I recently changed my fuel filter and it got rid of my CEL but the car is still having slight symptoms of before.

There is crap in my gas tank. Whats the best way of cleaning out the whole fuel system? I mean everything.

removing the fuel tank isnt hard, if you wanna do a super through job. i'd personally remove the rear seats, pop the cap on the tank and inspect the inside first. my car has 160k miles and when i replaced the fuel pump with the 225 walbrow, i was suprised at how clean the inside of the tank was.

Fuel filter under car-- does it look pretty standard? I saw something that looked like one on the driver side near the rear fender well that looked like a brake line filter-- I just glanced so I probably missed the rubber hoses--

Man are some of the designs on these SC's stupid--

So we should be able to use a standard fuel filter from any high powered automobile/truck to avoid the crazy steep cost of the oem parts??
