I am looking to buy a sc300 1993 5 speed.

I need to know what upgrades are available, i want to make it a sleeper. I know it has the 6 cyl in it and need to find out how much HP the engine and tranny can handle and what would be a good price for a 93 with 40k miles on it.

I know nothing about lexus so any help would be wonderful.

The stock transmission will be your limiting factor, as it breaks down at 450rwhp. The engine can be modified with a turbo manifold, turbo, wastegate, intercooler, blow off valve, et cetera to put down more than enough power to blow a stock tranny a week.

I had already checked that info out. helped a bit, and i know the basics but is there anything else you all would recommend to do?
This is what i want. i want to get the car, switch to the 6 speed tranny from the supra, and the turbo kit. There was a few options i saw but i want to get around that 500 mark. One of the kits on the site the link didnt work. Any of you having reliability problems with turbo kits?

I just want a sleeper. I am buying the car for 5000. I have another 6000 to upgrade with. Any suggestions?

seriously, you need to SEARCH just a bit harder, use search terms like 6 speed swap, turbo kit, and others, honestly seeing all the opinions from searching will yield more info than some of the answers you will get here. welcome to the family, and when you have been here a while you will have the EXACT same responce we have given you.
