Just bought a Chip for my sc300 need some q's answered....
I recently bought this proboost platinum performance module chip for my sc300.....it says it can increase my horsepower by a few which is what im looking for.....i didnt pay alot at all so if this isnt cut out well for my car than no harm no foul but does anyone know anything about this chip and what positive/negative things it can do to my car....also can it hurt my engine? let me know, thanks!

from what ive read it isnt much difference at all, vaguely noticable but somethigns better than nothing i presume...any help would be good

It's a resistor.
The last two leads from the "chip" are the leads that go to a resistor in the casing. It's an 8 cent resistor.
Everyone get's boned when they first start out modding for performance, the trick is to not get boned again.
