I would rather have the GTE motor....looks too empty - I love the concept and color though

Nice find!

Its cool, in that its different. I think that a gte is a WAY better engine.

There's more space in there so it's easier to work on which is exactly what you will need with that motor

Not true. The rotary engine is reliable.
It is owner's neglect that has contributed to this reputation that the rotary is bad.

My gf's FD was daily driven for 4+ years. Completely reliable, as she maintained the service on the vehicle.

Reliability goes out the door once you mod it not to mention they are not cheap to mod..... Now take that and put it in a car that weighs in almost 900lbs more and you go bankrupt.

new the rotaries can be reliable. true you can keep up with maintainance but there is more needed than a normal car to keep it good...

a normal rotary will die at an avg life of about 80k miles... even if you take care of it and stuff... most ive seen a stock motor go to is 120k. compare that to a toyo motor that goes 300k miles its a joke.

but a 3 rotor.... damn. that things makes mad power at low boost. badass motor. not as reliable as a rotary but a 3 rotor can make just as much power as a 2jz-gte. ive seen those motors make 500whp at low boost

rotaries are a different breed. not as reliable as any gte motor but id still rock one
