Default 1jz revving on its own when i start!!! redline

i just swapped my sc300 motor with a 1jzgte< it has twin greddy td05_18g turbos on a twin header and an ebay veiliside intake plenum with 100mm throttlebody. the ecu is an apexi power fc, with boost control kit. the intercooler pipe is not connected to the turbos yet but everything else is connected to the throttlebody, the tb is not open it is closed like its supposed to be and ive checked the throttle position sensor, ive even tried to repolarize it by swapping places with the 2 outside wires. to no avail, i have twin fuel pumps with 800cc injectors, the impedance is right since i just tested them with an ohm tester last night. the fuel rail is the stock rail. when i start the car the car sound like a damn loud lawnmower lol, and it revvs its self to redline within 3 seconds...what the hell is going on?? i have all the vaccum lines connected to something..... im adding some pics so you can see the setup, i need to know what would make it do this!!!! help

Default pic in car.

now assume that in intercooler pipe is connected to the tb(it is now) and the only open pipe is the one on the turbo side. and my turbos are mounted on the manifold.

well it can be a number of things causing your idle to be high. First i would say the TB. Since it's so much bigger than stock. Even the littlest gap can let in alot more air than the stock unit. Also it could be your idle set screw.. but since you have a new TB then.... You might want to tune the PFC for the new TB. Thats all i can think of really. The overly large tb would cause the high idle then agian i could be wrong. Good luck.

Default problem solved

i was hoping it was something small...naaaah it was something moronic is what it was, the guy who put the intake plenum on put the gaskets on backwards,,,,as in the block to intake , then the intake to manifold were swapped...basically the one with the injectors was on the wrong piece....im tearing down and will be done hopefully in the next day or 2...720hp from the ghost map....the first ever vertex ridge widebody (had it since 05.) it will be dope and i will post pics for everyone.
