Default 1JZ swap questions

I'm swapping a 1JZ into my sc300 now, and I have one plug that's got me puzzled. It's a 12 pin, grey plug, next to the igniter... what's it for?
I'm also replacing the drive belt on the engine, and I've bought a 2jz belt but it seems way too long, or I'm not routing it properly... I did not get to see the old one come off, and how does the tensioner work on this car?

Please take a pic of the Plug and post it for reference.

1JZ Drive belt

The 2JZ and 1JZ Serpentine Belt are the same.

I will have a pic up tomorrow...

I'm wondering how the tensioner works, does it require a special tool?

Where's the power steering resevoir located after the swap?

I got the car with the engine already in and a trunk full of parts...

Thats the side of my engine. Maybe you can figure out where it goes from there?

There are really only 2 places that I can think of there: power steering and fuse box... I will take a better look tomorrow and see if I have anything like that.
