Default 3.76 Lsd From 97 Tt Auto

Does anyone know for sure weather this LSD is a true bolt on to the 95 sc400. Ive read numerous posts about the 3 bolt flange on the LSD needing to be swapped with the flange from the sc but no one is clear as to weather this is for all TT LSD or just some. Has anyone here ever swapped a 3.76 lsd from a 97 tt onto their sc400 and did they have to swap flanges as well???
