First, the phrase from a Saturday Night Live skit says it best:
CRAP, CRAP, and MORE CRAP!
Some have used the manifolds from ebay before but general consensus is that you're better off buying quality equipment.
Now the lights????
Total garbage. Those are bulbs only, and I can guarantee you they are NOT HID!!!
You need an entire kit for HID. Bulbs, ballasts, wiring, projectors, etc. You can get away with a plug and play kit but again, performance is nowhere near on par as the real deal.
Do your research before buying anything!

Me and a fellow Mk3 supra turbo enthusiest bought some nice pieces off ebay.
He got the original greddy T4 7mgte turbo tubular manifold and I bought the SSautochrome/XSpower brand 7mgte turbo manifold just to compare. We are very good friends and live near each other so we had them side by side and measured and pictures taken.
They were nearly identicle in build quality.
There was a huge thread on Supraforums about the metalurgy of the "cheaper Ebay" exhaust manifolds and they are worth the money that you pay.
Of course they are not 100% pure Stainless Steel, but they are a large percentage enough to keep them from rusting and giving in to too much heat.
I have a couple of comparo pictures if you want.

PS: If you cannot afford a name brand unit, just buy one of these and get it thermo coated. You wont regret it one bit.
