Default Boost Logic Midpipe question

I have a '97 5spd SC300 and I'm getting a Boost logic stage 1 Na-t kit next month and I had a question about the midpipe. Does it completely delete the cat or does it bolt up to the stock cat? If anyone knows I'd really appreciate the info. I'm wondering this because I have a JIC Magic dual exit catback and I want to know if the BL midpipe will bolt right on or not. I know the piping diameters are different with the stock cat, but... Someone help me out please!

I called Boost Logic and got the anwer. For anyone wondering the midpipe deletes the main cat and ends right where the stock main cat would be. This means that it bolts right up to my catback! Yeah!
