Default How many whp can a 98+ sc400 transmission hold

Before you all yell Search, i have, and came up with nothing. In the 98+ models lexus dropped the A341E transmission and put in a A650E transmission. what kind of power can the A650E hold? thanks in advance.

I have read in a post somewhere on CL that the Auto can hold about 400-500 OK~.

Shift kit will increase whatever the stock # is-- Less clutch slippage b/t gears= less heat= more power handling.

I know the previous A34#E in the 97 and older is similar to the same trans that comes in Sequoiah's and Tundra's 4.7-- very tough trans. -- Also came behind the Supra TT MKIV--

I wouldn't doubt 400+ on stock valve body-- moderately driven ie: not raced. A trans cooler would be a smart upgrayedd to add too...
