Code 78 Fuel Pump Control?

Can't wait to see the response to this code 78. I just got the code today and would like to know where to start. With the ecu or the pump itself. I will check both either way.

The ECU bypass is easier than the pump and it is on your way to get to the pump. Try the bypass first (cut wires in a way that you can reverse the bypass) and if that does not work continue to the removal of the backseat.

If it is not broken....do not fix it !!! My car is all stock and it was done because it would take 10 tries to get it started and it was holding back the pump even after it was running.
